"I’ve been looking for a bucket hat for a while that’s complementary to my face shape and not too masculine. This hat is stylish (or as stylish as bucket hats can be!), light, fits well, and offers me the sun protection I need for outdoor pursuits. The chin strap is practical in case of wind, although I don’t think the hat would fare well in strong winds. I’m really happy with it though and may get the navy one as well when that’s back in stock."
"This bucket hat is, hands down, the hat I needed but didn’t know I needed. No matter how snugly you pull your hat down on your head and tighten it, it’s still no match for a strong wind. It’s just simple science. But, the other day I was able to get out of my car confident that I would not have to go chasing my hat down the street. With the Technical Bucket hat cord securely fastened under my chin my hat stayed in its place. I’m protected from the sun (primary reason for purchase), the wind and, bonus, the spiders while I’m walking under the trees. Not to even mention if I’m having a bad hair day I can still be stylish with my bucket hats!!"
"Haven't worn yet as bought for use on windy days/walking and sailing holidays etc. but have high expectations for sun protection based on the visor cap bought at same time and worn daily.
