Description
The Expedition Sun Hat offers UPF 50+ protection, shielding your face, ears, and neck. With a 2.75" (7 cm) front brim and 4" (10 cm) back brim, it provides enhanced coverage. Mesh ventilation, breathable lightweight fabric, and a sweatband make it one of our most comfortable hats for long walks and expeditions.

This hat is now available in our new Technical Performance fabric, designed to be soft, lightweight, breathable, and cooling.

Size and fit
Head circumference measurement
- Small / Medium: 21.5-23" / 55-58.5 cm
- Large / XLarge: 23.25-24" / 59-61 cm
To measure your hat size, wrap a string or ribbon around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Measure the string length with a ruler and compare it to the size chart, and that’s your size! Once you receive your hat, adjust the back toggle for a custom fit.
